Applications for the program will open on October 31, 2024. A plot of 120 square meters (sqm) 162 sqm 200 sqm and for the first time 250 sqm has been introduced by the government. Smaller plots would be made available by the government to all purchasers who wish to construct homes close to Noida International Airport under this plan. All farmers who purchase plots under the program will receive a 17.5% reservation according to the sources.

Offering plots to those who wish to construct homes close to the Noida airport is the primary goal of the Yeida Plot Scheme. However, these plots are specifically made for domestic and residential construction. The plan mostly consists of modest plots the largest of which is 250 square meters. Moreover in Noida Sector 24a has 344 plots in total whereas Sector 18’s blocks 9A and 9B offer 477 plots. Therefore before the deadline of November 30 2024, all citizens who wish to receive the benefits must complete the application.

YEIDA 821 Residential Plot Scheme

Eligibility for General Category

  • Plot buyers must be at least eighteen years old and if they are in a partnership, they must have a current contract.
  • All Indians and non-resident Indians who are not specifically forbidden from purchasing any immovable property in Uttar Pradesh by the Indian government or the U.P. government may apply.
  • Under this plan, each eligible citizen may only apply for one plot in any category. People who have already received residential plots or apartments under another scheme are not eligible for this one.
  • The authority will forfeit the entire amount if it is discovered that the purchasing citizen’s wife kids or parents have already committed any plots under the plan.
  • Only members of the immediate family—mother father brother sister son daughter husband or wife—with documentation of their familial ties may apply under a combined name (co-applicant). Relationships other than these are not applicable.
  • The program is open to both the citizen and his or her spouse. If both of them are given plots the applicant’s spouse must give up one of the plots within one month of the appointment date.

Payment Procedure

All payments can be made online via the Yamuna Authority’s website yamunaexpresswayauthority.com or through the payment gateway for the Online Property Accounts System. We won’t accept payments made offline.

Adjustment and Refund of Amount

  • The registration fee paid by the applicant will be deducted from the total amount of the plot’s payable premium if they are successful.
  • If the applicants are unsuccessful, the registration money will be returned to them without interest as long as they deposit it with the Authority within a year of the draw date. On the other hand, if the deposit time exceeds one year, the current SBI simple interest rate on the savings account will be paid for the duration of the deposit.
  • To help the registered banks issue the refund NEFT/RTGS the applicants must include on the application form their mobile phone numbers bank account numbers bank name, IFSC code, and address of the bank along with the canceled check for the same account.

Allotment Procedure

  • Plot numbers will be drawn in order to allocate all of the plots under the program.
  • All candidates who have paid their entire sum in one go will be eligible for the first draw.
  • The second draw for all unallocated plots will begin after the first round is over giving applicants who have paid half of their total the opportunity to make their selection.
  • The third round will begin for all candidates who have paid 30% of their total fee if certain plots remain unsold.
  • The draw will be conducted independently for each category.
