Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
- The person must be between the ages of 21 and 24.

- The candidates must have completed their senior secondary education and hold a polytechnic diploma or ITI certificate.
- Applicants must possess an accredited degree in one of the following disciplines: BA B.Sc. BBA B.com or B.Pharma.
Ineligibility Criteria
- The scheme is not open to graduates of IITs ILMs National Law Universities USER NIDs or IllTs.
- Students with credentials such as a master’s degree or above an MBA a CMA CS MBBS or a BDS are not eligible.
- Individuals who participate in any kind of student training program apprenticeship internship or skill development initiative run by the federal or state governments are also not eligible.
- For the fiscal year 2023–24 the chosen candidate is ineligible if their family’s annual income surpasses INR 8 lakh.
- The candidate is ineligible if any member of the family is a permanent/regular government employee.
PM Internship Scheme Registration Period
On October 12 2024 all candidates who meet the requirements for the PM internship program can begin the registration procedure. All interns wishing to participate in the program must complete the registration form as soon as feasible. From October 3rd to October 10th, 2024 all participating companies can submit their internship requirements through the platform. From October 12 to October 25 all candidates are eligible to apply for a variety of internships.
