The Telangana government has launched the Indiramma Illu Housing Scheme to provide housing benefits to the homeless citizens of the state. Under this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 5,00,000 will be provided to all the eligible homeless citizens of the state. So that they can build their own house without any problem. Under this program the government aims two boiled 4.5 lakh houses in the first phase, which will include 3500 houses in each of the 199 constituencies.
This it transparency ensures that the benefits reach the intended groups without any discrimination. The scheme aims to provide benefits to all the economically weaker citizens of the state especially, dalits, tribals, sanitation workers, transgenders, agriculture workers and pupil with disabilities.
